Your Live Workouts

Mondays - Dumbbell Shred

Upper body workout to build strength in your muscles and help your body to burn fat more effectively. Put your body to the test with this class. You’ll move through a series of movements targeting all your major muscle groups and smaller supporting ones for an upper body shred.

Tuesdays - Boxfit

A HIIT boxing class with non-contact boxing combinations – High intensity and fun. Get fit, lose weight and stay fit. Whatever you goal is, BOXFIT is a great session to include into your training schedule. It’s also a fantastic stress reliever.

Wednesdays - Lower Body Burn

Squat, lunge, jump repeat for a serious workout that does what it says on the tin. Expect to feel the BURN and to tone up and strengthen your lower body. Exercises will be repeated again and again, with a good stretch out before the next set of exercises. You’ll focus on conditioning using bodyweight, but dumbbells are optional.

Thursdays - Blast and Recovery

Designed to improve core and abdominal strength. This is an intense 30-minute workout focusing on the entire mid-section, strengthening the inner core muscles and the lower back, helping you get that most sought-after Abs. This class is perfect for anyone wanting a workout dedicated to abs. Enjoy an extended 20 minutes and focus on recovery with some light stretches.

Saturdays - HIIT

Your heart and lungs will work hard to power you through this non-stop workout. You’ll move through a range of movements to activate multiple muscle groups as you work your entire body and improve your strength and mobility. HIIT has been shown to burn fat tissue more effectively than low-intensity exercise.

Fridays and Sundays - Rest!

Resting is just as important as working out because it’s an equal part of the total process required to build strength, endurance, and muscle. And Larsson says so!

He explains everything clearly so you always know what you're supposed to be doing as well as joining in with the class for the whole time as well to keep you on track. Specialising in coaching for attaining a healthy lifestyle, fat loss, muscle building and strength and conditioning. I provide virtual personal training that’s made to fit your life helping you smash your very own fitness goals and lead a healthier lifestyle.

I am a qualified fitness professional (BSc Sport and Exercise Sciences, 2014) with over 10 years’ experience, working with a wide range of people from absolute beginners to competitive athletes and everyone in between. In 2016 I launched RISE a successful and popular progressive 12-week program which helps individuals gain the knowledge and confidence to manage their lifestyle and improve their body.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to go to a gym to join these live workouts?

No, you don't need to go to a gym to join the summer live workouts. You can workout anywhere you like as long as you have an internet connection on your smartphone or laptop to join the classes.

Do I need to access gym equipment?

No, you don't need access to gym equipment. However, dumbbells are optional if you want to give yourself a challenge. If you don't have dumbbells, don't worry. There's plenty of household items you can use to improvise such as tins and milk cartons.

Are the classes really live?

Yes! All classes are live.

What are PRF Live Classes?

PRF Live Classes allow you to enjoy the real class experience in the comfort and convenience of your home. With 5 LIVE workouts each week ensuring you stay in top condition. Each day is a different workout.

Workouts are 40 minutes, ideal for in-home and on-the-go. They are just as challenging and rewarding as going to the gym. In addition, PRF Live Classes provides a variety of pre-recorded classes and a members only Facebook Group to support you on your health and fitness journey.

What if I can't make my time slot?

No problem, you can switch to the earlier or later time slot any day you need to. You are welcome to join both classes each day if you fancy an extra workout.

How do I join the workout?

When you sign up you will receive an email containing a link to all classes. The link is safe and secure and there’s no need to book.
