Do I need to go to a gym to join these live workouts?
No, you don't need to go to a gym to join the summer live workouts. You can workout anywhere you like as long as you have an internet connection on your smartphone or laptop to join the classes.
Do I need to access gym equipment?
No, you don't need access to gym equipment. However, dumbbells are optional if you want to give yourself a challenge. If you don't have dumbbells, don't worry. There's plenty of household items you can use to improvise such as tins and milk cartons.
Are the classes really live?
Yes! All classes are live.
What are PRF Live Classes?
PRF Live Classes allow you to enjoy the real class experience in the comfort and convenience of your home.
Workouts are 45 minutes, ideal for in-home and on-the-go. They are just as challenging and rewarding as going to the gym. In addition, PRF Live Classes provides a variety of pre-recorded classes and a members only Facebook Group to support you on your health and fitness journey.
What if I can't make my time slot?
No problem, you can switch to the earlier or later time slot any day you need to. You are welcome to join both classes each day if you fancy an extra workout.
How do I join the workout?
When you sign up you will receive an email containing a link to all classes. The link is safe and secure and there’s no need to book.
How Does LIMITLESS Work and What’s Included?
Once you purchase LIMITLESS you will be sent an exercise questionnaire to help me get a better understanding of your current situation and your goals. The PRF App consists of customised workouts so in order for LIMITLESS to be fully tailored to your needs you must answer all the questions in the questionnaire with as much detail as you can and as candidly as possible. You will not be judged!
How Often Do My Workouts Change?
Your workouts will change weekly depending on your needs and your response to the programme. If you feel a particular workout is not fitting within your schedule, or is under or over-challenging, I will make changes, so it better meets your needs, fits your life and gets you results! Throughout your workout you will record times, weights and make side notes all in the app. (It is super-easy!) This information allows me to adapt and adjust your programme throughout your fitness journey, so you hit your goals.
Can I Join LIMITLESS If I Have Never Exercised?
You are not alone! In fact, investing in my expertise is perfect for people who are new to exercise. I will help you avoid unproductive sessions, confidently exercise, and establish accountability. You will be given your own personal plan and be shown how to best meet your own fitness goal in a way that fits your life and so can be maintained long-term.
Where Do I Get The App and How Do I Use it?
I send you the link to download the app software, which is very straightforward and easy to use. You get a short video tutorial on everything you need to know to use the app like recording your workouts, measurements and messaging. Once downloaded you will find your customised LIMITLESS programme ready for you within a few hours. Then we keep in touch via the messaging service in the app. Of course weekly check-ins via Zoom are optional. Simple!
If I Have An Injury, Can You Still Build A Plan For Me?
Yes! Many of my clients have current or past injuries or health conditions that affect what types of exercises they can do and I have developed effective plans to suit their specific needs. Whether it is joint or muscular pain, I will adapt your workout to suit. However, I strongly recommend that you speak to your doctor before starting any exercise and nutrition plan.
I Have Limited Gym Equipment and I’m Unsure How To Perform Certain Exercises?
That’s OK! I have made over 300 exercise videos which are tailored for new and experienced gym users. All exercises include videos and clear, precise descriptions. If you are unsure about your technique, you can record yourself and send it to me for analysis and improvement. LIMITLESS gives you the flexibility to perform your workouts wherever suits you and with or without equipment.
